We are recruiting for a host of Full Time Customer Service Representatives, who are passionate about the customer experience.
You will bring personality and energy along with the ability to tailor your service to the needs of our client’s customers. You will also have a passion for wanting to create an outstanding customer experience every time.
Applicants must have a professional manner with the ability to deal effectively with the customer, demonstrating tact, discretion and patience, whilst dealing with a high level of confidentiality. Good interpersonal and communication skills along with team spirit are essential for this role. Utilising skills you will be required to listen to the customer’s needs and ensure a great customer service.
