Locality Interim Manager
Interim Locality Manager - 9 Months minimum with view to permanent role - Wirral Area - £35,000 pro rata

We are looking for an experienced Locality manager to compete a 9 month fixed term contract, with a view to a permanent position at the end of this time. This is to cover maternity leave.
This organisation is a successful healthcare provider with a number of services nationwide. They have a large presence in the Wirral and surrounding areas, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Locality Manager. This is due to the current manager going on Maternity leave, however, we would ideally like this person to take a permanent job at the end of this, should they like the company.
The role is an interesting one, and will be broken down as follows.
First few months – Covering a service in Congleton. This is a 5 bed service that currently only has one bed filled. You will use this time to get to know the company and how they work, and to fill the beds. This will allow you to familiarise yourself with their processes. This will end Jan/Feb 2019.
You will then cover the area of Wirral and will work alongside the existing Locality Manager to better understand the locality role. She is then on maternity leave and you will cover this for the duration of the time that manager is off in the Wirral Area.
Once that manager is back there will be an opportunity for you to continue your employment in a locality role, or alternatively there is a business development Manager role coming up that they would invite you to apply for.
The salary for this role is £35,000 pro rata and includes benefits such as Laptop, I phone, and I pad. this will allow you to operate from home as some of it will be home based. This company also has an investor in people award so they offer fantastic progression and personal development.

- Experience with Multi site management in Adults Service
- Experience overseeing multiple Service managers
- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
